"Absolutely the worst management and group of people that is out there, my girlfriend has tried to get things fixed for going on 6 months and they have done no actual effort to seriously fix the problem, now there is mold and mushrooms growing in her closet, her toilet hasn’t worked this whole time and I try and call and ask about it and they give me nothing but attitude. She has put in so many work orders to try and reach out to fix these problems and they have shown no real effort besides patience bring over mold. I’ll be contacting a lawyer and making sure these people pay.."

"When I lived in Texas, I had nothing but terrible renting experiences. So I was super wary moving into this place. Now I'll admit that the move in wasn't super smooth, but they took responsibility for EVERYTHING and worked with me accordingly. That right there shows a lot of integrity and honesty in their part. Now being a week in, every issue I had has been resolved and amazing work and communication. The management, maintenance and on site team here are AMAZING and I woukd highly recommend considering this place if yiure looking for a nice, cozy and safe apartment to rent from. These guys gave met all my expectations and then some, thank you all very much! PS the area smells like fresh flowers and that's always very appreciated lol"

"There are a couple factors that I give 4 stars. To start with the negatives, one factor is that when I needed to talk to someone whether it was about info for the apartments clarifications or needing something fixed, it was a little difficult reaching someone to talk to, however, when I have needed maintenance to help when moving in, they were fast and quick with what I needed done! Another factor that I give 4 stars is that I did find out when moving in that they did not provide a microwave, but that is honestly a MINOR negative. The positives are that the management whwn you talk to them are very helpful, friendly, and caring. I truly mean they are nice people! It gives this first time apartment renter ease knowing the management cares! I am so excited to be having Phoenix Village as my first apartment to rent!"
