"Fairway is clean and well kept. Large apartments with washer and dryer hook ups and fireplaces. Fairway at Fianna Hills is one of Fort Smiths finest."

"From day one all my experiences were negative. They never pick up the phone, it takes days to get in contact with anyone. My room always had mold in it since day one, and my kitchen leaked through the roof. Also things I would ask to get repaired would take weeks, my shower took 7 months to be fixed because they kept putting it off. Not good management and not a clean place to live."

"Management and maintenance have been great. They are making a lot of improvements. They have recently replaced balconies long the back and have enclosed all the AC units. The interior went from 1980's outdated to new grey paint and flooring with all new appliances and countertops. Maintenance is responsive to any request we have. I think they are doing great!"

"Posting my personal experience for anyone seeking an honest review for the Fairway. After MONTHS of trying to contact the property for leasing information we finally received an answer and was able to put in an application for one of their townhomes. I was given a viewing of the townhome by the apartment manager, I took a video of the whole viewing process where the pricing, apartment unit, and amenities was stated in the video. Paid deposit, pet deposit, rent, just to be given a different apartment unit that was nothing like the original that still had the previous applicants belongings in the unit, maintenance was still repairing and finishing the apartment, and the air was not in fair condition. Being 7 months pregnant and cleaning and moving in that condition with nonfunctioning air was hazardous and no way livable. They refused to clean the air unit that was causing the insufficient air flow and temperature or place us in the original unit we paid for. Not one night was spent inside the apartment and we moved out without getting our money back. Overall a big mistake and no good qualities!"
