"If I could have avoided living here I would have. My stay in these apartments was brief but I hated every moment of it. These are the cheapest apartments in Fort Smith. As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. This complex is no different. I lived in an upstairs apartment and frankly, I was afraid to walk some times. There were several soft spots in the floor that sunk when weight was put on them. The complex has no central air. The only AC you'll get is a wall unit that barely cools the apartment, especially if your bedroom doors are closed. As far as the heat goes, it's there and it's central but it's basically useless. It stays on nearly all year round because all of the control units are broken. Will the apartment managers fix them? No they absolutely will not. This complex also has an infestation problem. Regardless of what steps you take, you will have issues with vermin here. I kept my apartment spotless and still ran into issues with roaches and mice. My dishwasher did not work either. It's worth mentioning that their laundry units are almost always out of service as well. Everything about this complex is filthy and broken down. I regret the fact that a financial situation forced me in to these apartments. Whatever your reason is for wanting to live here, don't."
