Addison Place Apartments 3415 South 66th Street, Fort Smith, AR 72903

"I stayed at Addison Place Apartments and took really good care of the Apartment. I cleaned it well before I left and made sure it was in very good shape before I left. I was told I am getting back my deposit. They claim they sent a check to me for my deposit but it never came. They have never reached out since and I have filed a complaint against the complex for not getting my deposit back to me in a timely manner. I even stayed a little longer despite knowing I deeded to leave. They require a 30 day notice before vacating. I did that as well. But they would not let me leave early without losing my deposit. I stayed and honored their request. Yet, they have never even reached out to me to guarantee me my deposit gets returned. I wish I could say its a great place to stay. I liked it there. It was quiet with no issues. But now this is the way they are treating me as a result. Complaint filed and discussing options with my family attorney."

"Holly was very rude. After applying and paying an application fee for an apartment that claims to be $775 on the site we were told that it's fully furnished and it's wrong on the site. She continuously says "we have nothing for you" in a condescending tone. She states we should have called and that's how we lost our money. Somehow it's the applicants issue if the site is wrong."

"We lived here for about 5 years. The good: rent is low , personal parking spot, maintenance is fast for minor things hector is great for the minor stuff, extremely clean office area, had no issues with our neighbors till the last year, very few issues at all. The bad: they have a bad problem with drugs across the street in the twin 6s , at the gas station down the road and at the addison place apartments. My daughter has unfortunately seen 4 deals go down in the apartment complex. Pills, powder and grass. We also had to wait 3 years to get our dishwasher replaced. Also no enforcement on pets leash or poop polices. Minor complaint is on the big maintenance call or damage it may be out of hector's wheel house. Long story short....if you need a place its affordable and not bad. Even with the issues. If I had to make choices again for my family unfortunately I would choose something else but that's mainly because of the environment around the apartments, not due to the service. I hate giving low ratings but this is my personal opinion so take that for what its worth."

"We enjoyed living here during our 1 year lease. We are only leaving due to buying a home, but I highly recommend these apartments. They are very spacious and up to date. The maintenance staff are very friendly and will fix anything the same day you call. Marlene Torres has been easy to work with! :)"

"These were nice apartments when I moved in years ago. Now it's similar to a trailer park, except you live closer to your neighbors and have no yard space. A lot of young or just inconsiderate tenants now. I used to feel safe walking my dog at night, but not as much the last few months. There are always people sitting in dark cars and hanging out in groups in the parking lot. Just because you pay rent doesn't mean you will be able to park your car near your apt after work due to other people's visitors. Hector is a great maintenance man and quick to fix issues. Marlene the building management doesn't actually enforce the rules in the lease, only post memos on doors. There used to be (not sure now) on site police officer but I've not heard of this person in a while. Location is great for shopping, but it's next to the loud airport and Rogers & Phoenix ave. Overall, the last 4-6 months living here has been only because I'm on a lease."
