"Yeah, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS WHAT SO EVER!! They will lie straight to your face. When I got my apartment I was told i would be allowed to have my small dog, well when time came after I got the apartment, was told my unit doesn’t allow any animals. Okay, well, when the manager got replaced with a new one, I brought up the fact that I was put in an apartment knowing I had a pet that doesn’t allow any animals. And thinking you know, new management will fix the issue or at least move me to an apartment that does allow pets, but no. So, even though it was a mistake on management’s side they didn’t fix the issue and just today had me sign a statement that my unit does not allow pets... what B.S. Anyway, they don’t fix THEIR mistakes and they don’t own up to them either, you will get an apology though, like that fixes everything."

"Well i lived there for four months at first it was great. Then people around me started moving out and it didnt take long for us to figure out why. The owner is a complete psycho. Tells you one thing one day and the next day you get a eviction notice from the county. DO NOT rent from this place unless you want to end up homeless like my family."

"These apartments are located in walking distance of a convenience store, a Elementary school, City Park. They have 1 and 2.bedroom apartments which are very clean,free basic cable. The property manager is easy to get a hold of. They have. a secured laundry with vending machines, change machine, super convienant. If you have steady employment and decent rental history they also do background checks. The location and the price is definitely worth checking into if your looking."
