"This has to be the worst place I've ever been my first four days here a fight broke out police were called it was crazy. There are rats in these apartments and the owner and manager could care less all they want is your money if you're thinking about moving here don't do it !!!!"

And I should just deal with it. Rent is almost 400 dollars but I have to accept it. B.S. I have been dealing with this since I move in last October of 2018 and to present. Please help"

"I ve lived here over 2 years now and the recent new owners and managers are absolutely amazing. Building and doors have new paint apartments are being updated a new playground and bbq pits are on the way. We have laundry facility vending machines close to shopping and schools. Rent is very affordable and pest control is on a monthly basis they’re pet friendly here also! I love living here and the changes are awesome."

"They are run down all the doors need to be replaced you can see light coming thru cracks in the doors the appliances are old the floors are nasty no matter how much you clean them.."
