"I can't say enough about this complex. Lisa and Mike (new managers) have been so amazing since day 1 of taking over. They made my move in process a breeze and have been a phone call or message away if I needed them. The apartment itself is so spacious and was updated before move in. I truly do feel like this is one of the best places you could rent for such an affordable price. Oh and the views of the lake from the bedroom is also a great touch ;)"

"I love living here. My neighbors are very friendly. And now we have new management Lisa and Mike. I love them. Anything that needs fix Mike is on it. And if they see you out they always wave or said hi. Lisa is doing a awesome job. I would say if I have to live in apartment or Townhomes this is where I would live."

"Managed to get a spot with a view of the lake and I love it! The back porch has a spot to plant flowers! And the fencing between the porches is nicely made. Lisa is the best apartment manager I've ever had. She's very polite and always ready to help! I havent fully moved in yet but I can't wait to get settled in the new unit!"

"Lakeside is definitely one of the better apartment complex/townhomes very nice people that run it. Lisa and Mike are very nice people. Anything you need help with they got you the pond view when it snows is so pretty and I’ll have to put some pictures up here too. This is my first apartment And I will say I will definitely be leasing here again next year 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone."

"I've lived here for several several years at this point and in multiple units, with plans to stay for many more. The landlords and their teams here have always been friendly and understanding of situations. It's quiet and I feel safe walking around even at night. I've referred two people move here including my own father and would refer more. When it comes to Fort Smith this place is just simply a fantastic choice."
