"Great location - cheap awful construction! You can hear every car drive by and every bus drive by at all hours of the night. Slept with ear plugs and it was still a problem. The location can’t be beat, but I wouldn’t stay here again given the street noise and cheap construction/windows that allows for noise at all hours."

"We spent a couple nights over New Year's for a concert here. This hotel is hard to rate. On one hand, the location is fantastic for attending events at the Xcel Energy Center. You're right across the street. Everyone we encountered working in the hotel was awesome- valet was quick, the front desk was helpful and happy, and maintenance was available even on a holiday. There were just so many issues that it's not a 5 star by any means. The Bistro/Bar that's advertised was closed Dec 31 and Jan 1 (no coffee in the morning). I can't comment on whether it's any good or ever looks anything but glum. When we passed by on the 30th it looked like a few people were sitting there enjoying a drink but honestly the lobby area isn't very inviting and it's right by the door/check in counter. It looked closed when we returned. Our room was a mobility accessible King with couch and roll in shower. The carpet in the room was not great for wheelchairs- a lot of resistance making it not a great time getting around the room. The bed is lowered properly and has room under for a hoyer lift. Everything in the room is at a great height for wheelchair users. I loved that I could control the blinds from my chair and access all of the lights easily. The TV swiveled so we could watch from the couch or bed. The bathroom had some serious problems. The water from the shower covered the entire bathroom floor (and apparently leaked into the room below!). The whole room also streamed up and was humid for our entire stay which was uncomfortable. The toilet seat was not fully attached to the rim causing it to slide making transfers dangerous. The roll under sink is set pretty high. It's usable but an uncomfortable reach. Really this bathroom and shower could have been excellent for wheelchair users- it's like they just decided to go cheap on the build. The shower is set up perfectly if only it was leveled correctly. Maintenance did come fix the toilet. They placed a roll over rubber strip for the shower which did nothing but were incredibly apologetic knowing this. Our heater made a clicking noise repeatedly every hour on the hour which wasn't awesome either. Be aware if you're in a wheelchair that the hallways have thick ply carpet. It is so difficult to wheel down. The room carpet in the mobility accessible room was not a tight enough weave to make it rollable either so your arms and shoulders will be exhausted by the end of your stay. We made it a good time because we're us but didn't get a lot of rest due to the clicking heater and humid room. Our stay wasn't worth the pricetag paid."

"The customer service is top notch, and the hotel rooms are clean, roomy, and comfortable. The gym was great as well. I look forward to coming back!"

"Great hotel!!!! I love the location right across from the Xcel Energy Center. You do pay for that convenience, however. Just a couple niggles. There is no complimentary breakfast as in most locations. There is no parking, even though they say there is. I parked in the ramp across the street before checking in. The desk clerk told me there is NO overnight parking at that ramp and suggested the valet service. The valet will take your vehicle to the same ramp I parked in. Waking up in the morning showed there were plenty of cars parked in the ramp. The clerk even went so far as to say I might be ticketed or towed. So you know, there is no way for the ramp to know when you got there. It wasn't staffed when I parked, and you pay on the way in. Then you just drive out. So, park in the ramp before you check in to save the valet tip and charge."

"The hotel is beautiful! The location is so great with the Xcel Energy Center across the street. Absolutely love the room. I can not say enough about the fantastic staff at this hotel. Fatima was so wonderful to us. She was so helpful pointing out what was close to our hotel. So friendly. She is such an asset at the front desk. The valet was so great also. He pointed us in the right direction and was so professional. Thank you all so much for such a great experience. We will definitely be returning."
