"I stayed here two nights after a long shift at work. I made my reservation online and was greeted by the owner who was super friendly. The room was clean and spacious! The bed was super comfy and clean. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Sioux falls. I've stayed at a lot of choice hotels and I am a diamond member. This is one of the best ones so far in my travels !"

"As a good choice member, I see my fair share of Choice properties. The staff here were extremely friendly and accommodating. Well-stocked vending machines and well lit parking lot. The room was clean but the A/C unit could use some work."

"It is a run down place but the rooms and bathrooms are clean. I believe it is a family owned hotel. Breakfast doesn't have a lot of selections, they do have waffle iron, 2 cereal selection, a gallon of milk in the fridge and orange juice in a pitcher. They have bread and some jam. Hard boiled eggs are one of the selections too. They have coffee and hot water for hot cereal. The guy at the front desk is friendly. I wished the hot tub was working and the pool was heated. I wished I had taken pictures of the room before we touched it. And there's a construction at the end of the road that blocks the access to the interstate, but there are ways to get it. If you are crashing for a night to get back driving the next day. This is perfect. We ended up staying here because we couldn't get in at our regular hotel that we usually stay in."

"Lets start off with some background on my hotel travels, I travel for business and spend about 200 days a year in a hotel. First of all the owner and his family are some of the kindest people I know. Every day I walk in and greet me by the first name and ask how my day was. NO other hotel has ever done that. When I leave the same always see me and wish me safe travels. Next the room, 1 king bed supper comfy, clean, large room. I didn't eat breakfast here at the hotel but I would walk by every morning and it looked fantastic. I am a diamond member at IHG hotels and I would never stay there while being in Sioux falls, SD. I would like to thank the owner and his family for running a safe, clean and welcoming hotel and a great price"

"The room was great. Quiet, good pillows, spacious. The location is not great, and the road construction is not the fault of the hotel. Breakfast not to par but i don’t need it anyway. Owner was very welcoming. Probably the best 1st night sleep i have ever had."
