"The breakfast sucked, I'm not sure if it was the staff member or the system but my hotel room was already paid for and they charged me for it twice. I had to call several times to get it back, but we ended up getting it back. If you need a cheap hotel, go for it. I wouldn't do it tho."

"The hot tub was not in working condition. There were open covers as you walked around. Breakfast was very basic. They served sausage that didn't even look like it was cooked. There were wall trim pieces randomly missing throughout the building."

"I’ve stayed before, it’s one of the few hotels that accept our rates. It’s never been a great experience but you take what you can get. I tried to book another night only to have to talk to the condescending jerk of a manager and this isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with him. Dude will single handedly destroy that place. I will never stay again, I would rather sleep in the median on the interstate that runs alongside this place than give this puke another dollar."

"Absolutely terrible! The pictures online are not at all similar to what you are actually staying in. The shower and sink would hardly drain. Our bathroom had a huge hole in the wall behind the door. I suppose that is not a very big deal, but it looked horrible. The furniture in the room was all scuffed/scratched up. Also when we checked in, they said they had a pool and hot tub that were open till midnight. Great!!...but the hot tub had no water."

"When we checked in our tv wasn’t working so I called down, the entire week we stayed no one ever came to fix it even after multiple calls, so I ended up fixing it myself. The beds are extremely firm and the pillows are way too soft bunching up and offering no support while you sleep. The hot tub has had an out of order sign on it for a while. Parking was a nightmare as we were there to see family and came back around 10 every night and numerous times there were semi trucks blocking the areas to get access to park. Several times there were people yelling and screaming outside causing a disturbance. The showers made this high pitch screaming noise while water running and no ventilation so even a short shower was hard to breathe because of all the steam. Breakfast was ok, but the tables were so wobbly and uneven that it made it hard to eat on and keep from spilling food and drinks. Definitely not worth what we paid for the room. Can’t recommend staying here based on our experience."
