"Staff was nice, but the room was definitely lacking. The view was terrible, there were brown stains all over the curtains, and there were dried boogers wiped on the wall next to one of the beds."

"When we got here our reservation was not booked and then they were kind enough to find us a room because it was my daughter’s birthday. When we got up to our room the room looked like it had not been clean. My father went down to see what was going on and my daughter and I were upstairs when a gentleman came up to check out our room. He told me that someone must of snuck in and got into this room because he said it had been cleaned. Because that was the only room available they said they would clean it and check in but were very rude and unapologetic about the situation. Eventually they were going to get us into a new room but by then their costumer service eventually had gotten so bad that I decided to check my dad and my daughter into a new hotel. Sadly the costumer service here was not up to standards and I would rather support a company that provides excellent services. Also I would be a little more concerned if people were sneaking into my rooms."

"Rooms were clean and property was in good condition. Pool area had a great kids pool for infants with slide and water sprayers. Bathtub in room drained slow and shower faucet handle was loose. Carpet in room was loose and needed to be restricted. Curtains were ripped and beds were very soft, almost too soft but after a long day of driving were adequate. My daughter had a blast swimming and playing in the pool area. Breakfast was very good and had lots of options, even for a picky 4 year old."

"Needed a place near medical appointments. It was definitely convienient and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and well supplied. It was quiet, even though our room was near the stairwell! No vagrants hanging around. There are other hotels nearby and we felt safe going to our vehicle after dark. Plenty of parking, too. We would stay here again."

"We are a repeat customer & continue to appreciate we will always be pleased. The rooms are clean, comfortable & resupplied with fresh towels daily. The staff working the continental breakfast are attentive, keeping it supplied and continually cleaning."
