"This Hotel is super ran down, clean for the most part there was mold in the refrigerator. Definitely showing its age. A little pricey for what it is. They do have a 20% add on for your total stay that will get refunded in 3-5 business days that I had no clue about. So plan on a couple hundred dollars added on your total stay (We stayed 4 nights) I will only stay at this place again if I no choose."

"Room clean, water Park is nice for kids, restaurant is the worst dining experience I've ever experienced. Waited 15 minutes before server even came to our table, 10 minutes later we received our drinks, was told no kids menus, then saw other children receiving kids menu options, all we ordered were pizzas and appetizers. 30 minutes we received one of 2 pizzas, and overcooked chislic with no seasoning, I had to go ask for plates, napkins, and silverware. They only have us a few salad plates. Had to hunt down our other pizza and appetizers. We were told by the server that she would "try" to bring us refills for drinks. Over garbage restaurant. Rooms and water Park are good. ."

"Room was clean, but dark and no USB charging ports. Bathroom needed updates. Breakfast buffet was ok. Staff was friendly and bartender was great. Appetizers at bar were great, cheese curds and onion rings! Pool area was clean and looked fun for families."

"We had a great stay for my son's birthday party. Clean hotel, helpful staff and the pool is amazing! Easy for adults to sit pool side and watch the kids play while still breathing decent air (good ventilation). Breakfast was complimentary and had a wide variety of options."

"The service at the front desk was extremely rude and ruined the experience at the hotel. On the first day the two front desk people acted as if they had never seen a person enter the hotel to stay there, and weren’t very welcoming. When we were trying to check out, the woman at the front desk was very rude as well when we asked a simple question. The room service people were very nice, but the people at the front desk need to be trained in hospitality and kindness. You can tell they don’t enjoy their job."
