"My therapist was great. I will miss her. I was charged today for a apparent missed appointment back in June and today they took the $100 from my account without my authorization and stated they had emailed me and i never got a email. Ashley in billing was very rude and wouldn’t let me speak freely and i asked to let me talk to someone else but she said no. Cancelled this clinic and will find another one. To charge someone a $100 is crazy"

"They do not send meeting links for each appointment. If you lose the original email with the visit link and are late because of it they will whack you with $150 no show fee that has to be paid before you can reschedule. If you need your meds you will be S.O.L. because billing department can't (won't) do anything about it. Just shoddy business practices and taking advantage of people with mental health concerns."

"Horrible experience with therapy, religion was shoved down throat in my first visit and didn’t feel like the therapist really listened to me. 1 star because I attempted to cancel an appointment 3 days in advance and was even told they received my request for cancellation but because it was on a Friday there was nothing they could do so I’m being charged 75$ for having to go to work and being unable to keep my appointment. They had no option to reschedule and I think that when you’re dealing with mentally ill people you shouldn’t have policies that are so strict set in place. Do not recommend at all, they are heartless."

"The APRN I see here is great. She’ll work with you, and listen to your unique experiences and needs and is really insightful. I booked with therapy, thinking that I would have a similar experience. I recently went through a trauma and my appt was perfect timing. However, even though the therapist was supportive and nice, her supervisor, and the policies that the practice has in place did not allow the therapist to assist me in signing short term disability for two weeks while I tried to cope. I have PTSD, depression, anxiety, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat, could barely function. I found a new therapist and will continue to see my APRN so I can continue to take my med. However it’s sad that even though I really connected with the therapist, the practice itself has rendered her expertise useless, in that she was unable to make a diagnosis and recommendation to my employer and third parties per her companies policies. Mental health is important. I became suicidal and hopeless after feeling like I could not get help. Luckily I found another practice and therapist who listened to what happened to me, evaluated me throughly, and could diagnose me properly and set me on a path of healing from the trauma."
