"The best vets in Hot Springs! Had a great introduction when we got our first dog, as they took care of all her needs when she was fresh off the streets. Kelly's really solidified their standing with me when we adopted a puppy last week that came home and gave our other dog kennel cough. They saw all THREE of our pets the very next morning during a walk-in appointment period, and I still made it out for under $200, even with the first visitation fee for the puppy. 10/10 always friendly, helpful, and SUPER professional and experienced. "Wonderful staff. I have young cat and scheduled to have him come in for his first shots. The staff and Doctor were great. I'm going in for second time and the staff was great to let me know when I could walk in with Ghost so I could have an eye infection checked. They are busy but for good reason they do excellent care and love your pets."

"Kelly Veterinary Clinic was an awesome experience for me since I'm not from Arkansas. There has been a cat named Greybeard who has been coming around my mom's house for years and I wanted to take her to the vet to get a wellness check. And check for hair loss. Two shots one for rabies since it's the law, the other a steroid to stop the itching. Customer service and veterinarians were fantastic nice and friendly. Their knowledge and their skills were fantastic too! I was very appreciative and the service was very affordable. Such a wonderful place to bring your animals. You will definitely have the care that you need to feel confident."
