"I've been a patient here for a very long time. Although I've had some bad experiences there it was due to Medicaid or insurance issues that was completely out of their hands. The receptionist have always been kind to me and everyone I've witnessed walk in and talk with them. It's a busy office, so the return calls were getting difficult for awhile, but I also updated my phone number and it wasn't input, so that's why I didn't receive the messages from them I was expecting. They've made sure they had the right number last time I came in. Matthew Huskey is my number 1, that man has done backflips to keep me regulated. He's taken time out of his own afternoon to sit and council me when therapy was failing. He is truely a kind and helpful human who should get more recognition for his helpfulness and willingness to help his patients. When I have had to go to different practicing offices they treat you like a number, and a code, not a person. I love Hamilton west and their employees, they have to deal with some horrible things in today's age and I think they deserve kudos for remaining professionals."

"Only person that was ever helpful in the Pediatric clinic was Dr. John Robert. Ever since he left it has been extreme wait times, no one answering the phone, and no calls returned. My daughter has had a recurrent ear infection and has needed to be seen 3 different times in the last 3 weeks due to high fevers and antibiotics not working. All 3 times my husband had to wait almost an hour past the scheduled appointment time for the doctor. I just called yesterday to get a reflux medication changed for my daughter since her insurance doesn't cover it and was told I would "receive a call right back", it's 3pm the next day and I still haven't received a call back yet. Terrible customer service. My daughter will no longer be seen here."

"Dr Hale is professional AND personable, something very rare these days. He took the time to listen to my complaint and then together we came up with a plan to combat the toll PD is taking on my body. Highly recommend!!"

"Well, I'm going to update the review I left. After leaving the review on google (which were supposed to do), I was called from a blocked number AND THREATENED by Nurse Jennifer at 7 o clock at night. Multiple witnesses and phone being placed on speaker. Fast forward a few days I was "served" with a letter dismissing me as a patient IN THE MIDDLE of "being treated". That's the level of compassion. Dr. Hale has a heart of gold the first time I met him, he hugged me while i cried and helped me through the process of losing my daughter. His nurse is out of control, the drs. Working in his office are dismissive of serious issues, and refuse follow ups. I am not the only one. IF you are under 50 and have something serious wrong with you, find another office. They will dismiss you, not do imaging, and refuse to work with your insurance on PAs that are REQUIRED for narcotic medications. AND IF YOU LEAVE AN HONEST REVIEW you will be fired as a patient and threatened by a nurse who obviously DOES NOT value her own code she agreed to when accepting that nursing license. I will warn everyone. YOU DONT THREATEN PEOPLE AND YOU DONT DISMISS PEOPLE. Dr. Sanson was UGLY RUDE. Dr. Mullins was a quack WHO didnt order imaging. Dr. Hale DID order imaging, and then allows his nurse to just run over patients. I'm sorry, but this entire place is unethical."
