"I was visiting a High School friend, whom I love so much, in Hot springs, AR at CHI St. Vincent's Hospital. We have been friends for 50-years and we are still going strong. The staff was professional and kind to me as I tried to get some hugs, kisses and a smile from my school mate. The statue at the beginning of the hospital was comforting to me prior to my entering the hospital."

"I have been to a lot of hospitals around the United States in my time. I played very hard, more than most type A personality young men. Hands down this is the very best group of professionals that I have had the pleasure of meeting. And they’re saving my wore out old butt from missing another day of life. I don't know if I could thank them enough with words, but please take mine to heart. Best hospital I have ever stayed with. Thank you CHI St. Vincent."

"I have been here for 3.5hrs and all they have done is give me two Tylenol when I have 103 temp. They have only took my temp one time and that's when I first got here. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hrs and now I have been in a room for 1.5 hrs. I have seen no doctor or even a nurse for that matter. I told them I was freezing and severely dehydrated and they have done nothing. I also suffer from seizure and we all know high fever and seizure don't mix. This place needs to be shut down before they really do some harm to people!!!!!!!! And for some reason I keep giving them 1 star and it automatically gives them 5 stars"

"I've kept quit, for over ten years. But dealing with this Hospital and your clinics has finally made me sit down to write this. You and National Park have to be the worst Hospitals, to ever be in a city. In 2011 your ER team ignored my concussion and back injury. Which turned my life completely upside down and took longer to address the issue. By the time it did get taken care of, I had to have several surgeries. Which caused more issues. You botched my neck surgery in 2021, and the doctor who did just vanished after. I get referrals and I'm told it will take 6 to 8 weeks. I'm so uncomfortable I can't drive, I can't leave my home and just have a normal life. If you have anything wrong with you do not go here i'd rather drive out of state than go to your hospital. Thanks for ruining my life."

"I recently had surgery and spent one night at the hospital. The facility and the care that I received were excellent. Every single one of the staff, that I came in contact with, were very friendly and very professional . From the initial tests, the day before, until I was discharged, I felt like I was in caring hands. These people were obviously well trained and would take time to explain the answers to any questions that I had. I am not volunteering for another hospital trip, but if I need it, CHI St. Vincent will be my choice."
