"Horrible hospital er please don't go here. You are clearly very sick and they send you away."

"Is it too much to be treated as a human. I have been to a few ERs and this by far is the worst I have ever been. I don't expect ER doctors to do much more than treat the reason for the visit but, is it too much to have a little compassion."

"Don’t take your elderly parents or loved one here they will let them die or kill them. And then when you try to access their file that you have access to they close the account so you can’t see into it. Must be hiding something they did wrong"

"I can't beleive this hospital only go one star. Today was my first time setting foot in this place. My brother was brought in by ambulance. They treated my brother with up most urgency and they treated me great as well. I beat the ambulance to the ER, they helped me to the room they will put him in. They offered me something to drink. Helped me remain calm and give me updates from the ambulance crew. I WAS very impressed with thier hospitality and how they care for the patient as well as the family. They are wonderful and a group of true Angels of Mercy. When or if I get ill I will be coming to St Vincent's here in Hot Springs."

"Nurses in the ER have a terrible attitude and are short with patients and family members. It’s a small town hospital who offer the bare minimum in good treatment and care! I was from out of town bringing my mom here and it’s by far the worst emergency room I’ve ever been to and me and my husband work in health care! And the nurses act inconvenienced by the smallest things and the simplest questions! There was 6-10 people in the waiting room and they claimed to be slammed…. They clearly don’t know what that is. Also my mom asked the nurses multiple times for a blanket because she was freezing and they didn’t bring her not one the whole time she was there which was all day."
