"Horrible. Roaches everywhere in these units . Worst place to live in . Just imagine waking up an you walk to the kitchen an the whole place is crawling with big roaches. The management here is also horrible. They will disrespect you an make you feel like your under there control when you are the one paying rent . I got family living there . But will soon be moving out. The lady at the front desk is very very rude"

"They have been keeping trash picked up but the roaches are horrific. I don't live there but I have a friend who does and they keep their apartment super clean no trash or food anywhere and roaches run rampid no matter what the tenants do to get rid of them they return over night. Management definitely need to do something about the roach problem"

"This was my first apt so of course I am just grateful TO have a place to live. As for the management , the current one , is doing a fantastic job!! And I try to take care of the place I have & my granddaughter loves to play outside on the swings or we go on the breezeway she dances."

"Appearantly they can give your apartment away to other people even though you've already paid first months rent AND the security deposit so long as they refund you. Wasted a MONTH trying to get into this place and kept getting told "this week, oh next week for sure" and now, turns out they are giving the apartment to someone else. The "new management also NEVER answers their phone!!! Im FUMING."

"i have lived at boardwalk for over a year now and it is the WORST PLACE EVER to live. the landlord Teresa is a lazy woman who sends tenants to give messages to other tenants and if something breaks down over the weekend, don't count on maria to answer the emergency phone. the children here are not allowed to ride bikes or scooters or even play with soccer balls or anything outside. I have constantly been harassed and threatened with evictions from this place when I have not caused any problems here. we have bed bug infestation here and she wants to charge everyone here for the exterminator to come out. the only reason I am still here is because I have no where else to go. I have informed my hud case worker of all this and all they can say is Teresa is the manager and its up to her on how she runs the place. so if u can avoid living here do so at all costs!!!!!! its not worth the $609 for the rent that the state pays"
