"I can’t say enough about Victoria Payne’s Allstate Agency. She and her staff are Second To None!! I can’t speak for anyone else, but they almost feel like my Personal Insurance Assistants. I mean, I feel like I should be paying extra for the way this staff handles all of my insurance requests. It honestly does have a “Personal Assistant” feel. I’ve actually asked for birthday information so that I can send a gift or just a small thank you for the service I’ve received. That information has not been disclosed, and all I get is a “I’m happy to assist or thank you, but I’m just doing my job”. I beg to differ…they all go above and beyond just “doing my job”.
