Crocs at Mall of America

"I went to the Crocs store at MOA on a very busy Saturday. Even though the store was packed and multiple people were clamoring for attention, Naomi took the time to find the size I needed in the style I wanted. She is a STAR IMHO and I’m grateful for her! THANK YOU, NAOMI!!!"

"Went to the store Saturday morning and bought only three pairs of crocs. Our cashier was telling my friend and I the number to text to receive money off of our purchase. While we were looking down texting the number she added items that I did not consent to purchasing. She did mention one of the items but did not ask if I wanted to buy it. She was just saying it’s essential to have when you own crocs. (Maybe is was because I look up as she was holding it) She made it sound free because of the number I was texting. At NO TIME did she say “Would you like to purchase this item?” She was very shady and talked extremely fast. I just wish I would have checked my bag prior to leaving the mall. So BE AWARE! They will add cleaner, charms, and whatever they can while you are looking away."

"I would like to express how helpful one of the managers was with me. I believe his name was Eric. He took his time and help me with whole purchase. He greeted me at the entrance and help me picking out a gift out for my partner. I haven’t gotten this before but wanted to share my experience from the Croc store."
