"this brand is the worst. a lot of people saying "it's just this location!!" it's not. I have been to locations in CO, MN, CA, and they treat you the exact same everywhere. they do not like you if you are not skinny, white, and female or an older man with the appearance of money. unfortunately they also make the world's greatest sweatpants."
"I went to this store exclusively to buy a coat. The sales person was nice and helpful in the beginning. But during my check out, a second sales person checked inside my bag while I was paying and asked the first sales person if it was a super puffer coat and said something I couldn't understand completely since I was paying it. Then, she started to whisper to her so I couldn’t listen what they were talking about. I felt super uncomfortable. Their attitude changed during check out. No eye contact, just “pay and go”. They didn’t even said “bye/thank you”. So rude. Not coming back there."
"Love this store! Was helped by Maya who did awesome at ordering some cute pants for me that were not in store! Grabbed a few other pieces that I loved!! Everyone in the fitting room was super helpful as well! Thank you!"
"I was the last one at the Mall of America store.... The salesperson knew full well that I only wanted a couple of things and that money was an issue. As I was ready to check out and doors locked to incomers, the salesperson suggested I look around for another coordinating piece of clothing, and I ended up with four new items. I talked about that I really wasn't sure about the colors and the fit; the sales people answered that I could bring home to evaluate in home lighting and then decide. They then had me check out the scarves, hats, and sold me a hat. I asked for the tags to be taken off, but given back in the case that I change my mind. They had already made sure I had the tags back and nodded when I said "in case of return". I DID NOT see any final sales placard on the counter. There was NO MENTION during the two transactions that the items filling two large bags were FINAL SALE. Today, the manager quickly gave me a store credit for items I wanted to return, but noting that the was "an exception" as the final sale policy notice was supposedly in view on the 6th. It's not so much the money, it's that there was no mention of final sale. However, I don't want to go back to that store with its current staff."
"felt very uncomfortable and staff would either flat out ignore me or be super helpful depending on if I look good or not. Felt like when I didn't look put together they had a power trip giving me judgmental looks. Instead of trying on clothes in the fitting room you have to walk out and show everyone because the only mirror is a communal one. store is cute clothes are pretty overpriced and rude snobby staff"
