"I was very disappointed with this location they didn't have any sizes I wanted. The salesperson I had continued to tell me she could mail it to me. I responded, telling her I have to try shoes on and I can't buy the shoes that way? She seemed to get an attitude cause she couldn't get a sell. Always remember that everyone has a choice on how they spend their money."

"Shoe styles are very cute, however, very overpriced and unfortunately extremely bad customer service. The employees are very lazy and are not friendly at all. I was in the midst of purchasing a pair of heels and was looking at other shoes. I noticed that the employee grabbed the display shoe and started to wipe it down and put it in the shoe box. Confused, I had asked her if I am purchasing the actual shoe that was on display and she responded yes. I continued to ask if I could get a new pair and not the display due to the condition of the shoe display. The employee mentioned they got a shipment in but that I couldn’t get a new pair. I told the employee that I will pass on the shoes and left the store. The employee not asking if it was okay or telling me before hand that I was getting the shoe that was used for display was very shady and unprofessional. Definitely not pleased with my experience and would NOT recommend the ALDO in Mall of America."

"I like the super cute styles of shoes and accessories they carry, but it's a bit too pricey for the "just okay" quality. The best time to shop here is during a sale. Other than that, the staff is great and the store itself it's neat and tidy."

"After dragging my family through the mall for HOURS searching for the perfect purse....there it was sitting on a shelf in Aldo staring at me. I almost jumped like a kid as I ran in the store! The sales lady was awesome! She told me about their sale, which of course meant I HAD to buy another purse. The guys at the counter made sue to go in the back and grab me brand new ones still in the plastic. Just awesome staff!"
