"This was truly one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced while shopping! The women with the dreads kept rolling her eyes at me & kept mumbling words under her breath after asking a question! Wasn’t greeted at the door but surely was greeted with eye rolls from her! Wouldn’t shop here!"

"I went on Black Friday. Despite the large crowds, the customer service was exceptional. We always get our Christmas PJs from Carter’s. I haven’t found a better deal. They didn’t have the style I preferred in the store, so the manager helped me by searching their online inventory. I struck out there too, but she recommended some other styles that worked great."

"Well, my abiding memory of Carter's, I have to say, was the strange experience of having admired an outfit arrangement in the shop window but then when asking about the possibility of purchasing this tasteful combination for male toddler gear , to be told that actually these items are not available to be sold as individual items but that they are matched with other pieces of clothing as a set which was nowhere near as attractive or fashionable as the ones which were paired up in the shop window. I left having made no purchase and frankly astonished, disappointed and frustrated by this bizarre sales policy."
