"Answering service is extremely rude and I call at 2:30 yesterday afternoon and never received a call back. It's a theme in all of these reviews they won't call you back which is absolutely ridiculous for a DOCTOR'S OFFICE!!!! I'm finding my husband a more reliable office Monday for sure."
"I've had nothing but horrible experiences with them. They were supposed to schedule me for surgery but instead they just scheduled me for a doctor's appointment. Even the doctor was confused on why I was there. I also had to wait 2 hours for my appointment because they were that far behind. Then after they scheduled me for surgery I get a call that I need to do blood work for my surgery at the hospital and that they should have done it at my appointment which they didn't tell me that I needed it done. They are completely incompetent. I've had to take numerous days off of work that I didn't need to because of their mistakes and I've had to lose out on money because of them. Would not recommend at all!"
"Ever since they left CHI and became Triple Crown, the patient service has been horrendous! It is impossible to get through to anyone on the phone and they don't even allow you to leave a message. Appointment days and times are continuously messed up and they are rude when you do get through to someone."
"Strongly recommend not using this clinic. I was told 10 nurses walked out. Only 4 stayed. My entire care here was a nightmare and I was pretty much dismissed without further care even though Im in pain. You will NOT be able to get incontact with anyone over the phone. Takes at least 5 days to get ahold of someone. I have a history of prostatitis. Went through one 6 week round of antibiotics with them. And it did improve however not entirely. But my doctor wrote it off as back pain and suggested an mri. Which back pain doesnt make it hurt when you pee. They waited to test my infection after the antibiotics. Which of course is going to be hard to find especially with prostatitis. Had to see them once a week to test potassium levels because of the medicine interactions. Everytime i went in there they told me it wasnt necessary even though i was under the doctors orders. So i guess he didnt put it in my file. . And i was on a combination of medication that raises my potassium to potentially dangerous levels . Oh they messed up and told me I have a cyst the size of an orange on my one and only kidney. Panicking im calling them to find out what i need to do. I couldnt get an answer for a week. Finally i found out they made a typo it was the size of a grape If that. Theyre so busy they can not possibly provide proper patient care. If the medicine they give you doesnt work or gives you side effects good luck. If you have a condition that is known to be notoriously hard to diagnose and cure good luck. If you simply want results from your lab work good luck. Go some where else. Save your money. Literally the worst experience in my entire life."
"I was referred to this clinic when the urologist I was seeing in Little Rock retired. Someone from the office called me two weeks ago and I returned that call within 15 minutes -- I waited because they were closed for lunch -- only to be told the person who called was the only person who handled new clients, and she was at lunch. Well, she must still be at lunch because I haven't gotten a callback. I call the clinic and listen to the recording for five minutes and then each time another message tells me not to leave a message because they won't return calls. EDIT: After finally being scheduled and seeing the doctor, I was told to come in on October 26 to have blood drawn. I work 40 hours so I had to take leave time for this appointment, and I wound up having to wait 40 minutes so a nurse could take 2 minutes to draw my blood. On November 1st, I had to go back and have more blood drawn because the doctor decided to run additional tests, and I arrived at 0800; they were unlocking the door as I arrived. There were no other patients in the clinic at all. Nurses were chatting or walking around looking at their cell phones, but not one of them could be bothered to take 2 minutes and help me. The nurse who drew my blood last week walked past me 3 times and ignored me completely because she was looking at her cell phone. After being ignored for 30 minutes, I got up and left. If chatting among themselves and looking at their phone is more important than providing medical care, I'm not going to beg them to."
