Seemed to genuinely care about my concerns/issues and is forwarding appropriate info to my ENT doctor. Would highly recommend them."

"I have been a patient receiving allergy injection at this clinic for three years. Inital and followup allergy testing illustrated positive results reflecting a reduction in injections as recommended by Dr Jackson. Currently I receive one injection a month. Furthermore, an evaluation of food allergies allowed for a substantial reduction in reflux. I have received nothing but professional services from this clinic."

"I've never felt the need to publicly rate a business or doctor's office but Jackson Allergy & Asthma clinic gave me one of the worst doctor's office experiences I've had. 3 weeks ago I thought I was experiencing an allergic reaction. When I called the clinic to seek medical advice, the best advice I received from the receptionist was this: "We haven't seen you in 2 years (told me this twice) and that there is no nurse available at this time." The nurse did eventually call me back a couple of hours later.I made an appointment a week later. I brought all of my documentation and diary of all the food/ingredients that have been giving me issues. There were no food allergy tests ran, and I was once again made aware from the nurse and the Dr. that they had not seen me in over 2 years. When I asked if an annual visit was necessary their response was "only if you have had issues." I paid $92 for a visit for no quality feedback and criticized for not coming in the past 2 years when I didn't feel the need to. I do not expect the red carpet to be rolled out for my visit but I do want to feel as if the Dr and the Nurse are really trying to do their best to help resolve my issues. Unfortunately , that wasn't the case which is why I won't be back."

"I have been a patient at this clinic for about 4 years now and I love the staff here. They are all pleasant and are quick to meet my needs. All the employees that I have dealt with are kind and obliging. The nurses that give the allergy shots are the absolute best at what they do! Dr. Jackson is very thorough and does not mind over explaining things to me if needed.. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson for all you allergy and asthma needs."

"I'm a current patient and don't have any complaints. The staff make my weekly visit pretty fun. The receptionist, Candice is super nice and helpful. Renee, normally gives me my shots and she's fun to joke around with. Dr. Jackson has a nice bedside manner and does not rush though his appointments with me. I've never had a billing mistake and they always call to remind me of any upcoming appointments that I have with them. Also, its convienent because there are 3 locations and I use 2 of them depending on where I'm at on a particular day."
