"Extremely hard to get a hold of anyone!! They do not have a number for you to talk to someone in person. They only have a number where you can text them YET they don't even answer that. I had made an appointment and had decided to cancel bc its impossible to find out any information about them. So I emailed them and "filed a ticket" bc their site says its the fasted way to get it taken care of. You have to schedule an appointment before you can find out the price of the visit and there is absolutely no way to find out anything about them or even ask them about the process without having to pay them first. This has to be a scam or at least a very shady business practice to say the least. Or maybe they really don't want anyone's business bc they literally ignore you. The only response I will probably get is them replying to my review."

"It took me 3 weeks to get an appointment. The 888 number does not ever answer. I ended up waiting all day on 3 different days for a call. Then, $99 additional for a one minute phone call which I waited all day for. No local number at their office. My card expired last week because it took so long. They used to have great service at the local office. You could actually talk with n person to a professional. $349 total for this ordeal Never again."

The apt. Went very smoothly. And didn't have a long wait, at all. And that's great for some one who has anxiety."
