"After my second visit I am still disappointed. Waited a long time (which I don't mind) but then receiving my food it was all cold and soggy. Also, each of my items tasted heavily of onion rings. My fish, chicken, fries, hush puppies, cheese bites, all tasted like onion. Probably used the same oil for both. Same thing happened my first visit. Usually really like this restaurant. This location just is not as good."

"Zero stars for food, food under cooked and some was left over and stale. The hush puppies, check out picture. Also, 6 people working and it was 3:30pm, I waited far too long to get cold food, undercooked food & food that was stale like it was yesterday’s leftovers. Would have dined in but it is nasty in there. Floors are sticky & it stinks like a dirty diaper."

"An absolute mess is all I can say about this place. Our order was brought to us literally one piece at a time and half of that was wrong. There was no one except the one cook and a third day trainee there. I tried contacting corporate but received no response. This used to be a really good place to go, but it has been such a disappointment the last couple of times we've stopped in. We will not be returning."

"BEST SEAFOOD AROUND. We were pleasantly surprised however we had to wait 45 minutes for our food. There was only one employee running the place or we saw one car in the lot. Either way it’s a skelton crew. I got chicken since I’m not a seafood eater but I tried my husband’s coconut shrimp and fell in love."
