"Literally writing this in the parking lot after eating lunch… let me start by saying I’m not picky and don’t normally write reviews but today’s experience was awful. Me and my bestie wanted to try out something new to us for her birthday so we decided to eat here. I ordered cheese ravioli and asked for Alfredo sauce which ended up being cold and flavorless…. Tasted store bought. The salad they gave for the lunch special was one small tomato slice with one small cucumber slice with a bunch of onions and olives. The price we spent for LUNCH SPECIAL was $39. Absolutely overpriced for cold food and bland food. When I told the server about not liking my ravioli she said she can’t do anything since it was a “modified dish” because I requested Alfredo sauce instead of marinara. She got baked ziti and the cheese was just ricotta cheese with no flavor and the noodles were way too overcooked. The server gave no empathy and refused to allow a discount or a refund. We will never go again."

"I ate here 3-4 years ago and really enjoyed it and wanted to come back but not in the area often. I had lunch yesterday at 2:00 with only 1 Other customer. The facility is nicely done, very clean and inviting. Service was courteous and prompt. I ordered the tomato basil soup and beef ravioli. A side of bread came with the meal. The bread was excellent, soft and great flavor and the dipping oil was very good as well. The soup was very good, nice flavor and seasoned well. The beef ravioli had a very good marinara sauce and the raviolis were tender and full of meat. The portion size was almost more than I could eat. The amazing part of all this is the cost was under $12! I don't know a better value anywhere in Arkansas. I look forward to visiting again when in the area."

"I ordered the Shrimp Favorite and it was very good but kinda pricey. The meal was good until I went to take a bite and I feel a weird texture in my mouth and pull it out to find it’s a piece of a scoring pad used to clean things. I told the sever and she just brushed it off saying it was a piece of hair and said sorry. No offer of an exchange, refund, or discount. Very disappointed."

"I enjoyed a late lunch with my friend at 2:30 we had the place to ourselves. The service was excellent! I had not been here in a few years and had high expectations from my previous visits. I was not disappointed. The bread is always great for a starter. My friend ordered the stuffed mushrooms and said the were really good. They had bell pepper so I had to skip tasting them. For our mains he had the pasta trio (fettuccine Alfredo, stuffed manicotti, and a small piece of lasagne). I enjoyed the tortellini alapana. The sauce was a delicious silky, creamy, tangy blend paired with a cheese stuffed tortellini. The only thing I would add/change is the beverage selection. This location is Pepsi products only, but the sweet tea is nice."
