"The worst taco bell I've eaten at. I got a deluxe box and swapped out the twist with nachos. The nachos I swear tasted like they were laced with chemicals and the food had been sitting in a warmer for what seems like hours. Soggy amd nasty no cheese and no sour cream on my grilled cheese steak burrito. Service sucked to. Definitely not coming back anytime soon"

"This was the most ridiculous trip to ANY restaurant especially Taco bell I've ever experienced. Not only is this how it usually comes from this particular store, but ALL of these items were customized for extra everything. Had to wait to get my mobile order ahead of time just to get home and realize how bad I had been done. Drove back to the store and they weren't going to let us into the lobby bc it was 1min after shutting the doors and I had to beg for the manager to come look at what I had been served. Not only did the employee's have a major attitude over a genuine complaint but they argued w me that they had done no wrong. After 15mins of not looking at the mistakes made the manager took photos of the order to remake bc it ironically didn't show up in the system? After remaking it the 1st time I checked the order to make sure it was correct. They forgot 3 different items and I had to go through drive thru for further help. They attempted to remake the mistakes and I checked to confirm it. They didn't make it like I ordered it(chicken not beef) and again had to go through the drive thru. Argued about +20mins that this wasn't even how anyone would want it or order it like it's shown on the menu. Remade it finally and did the same thing. Went back through drive through for the 5th time and was at a loss for words at this point. After placing an order ahead it took 1hr 20mins before I had the correct order and was treated as if it were my fault for their mistakes. These are only a few photos I snapped due to sheer disbelief and disappointment. Pictures don't do justice for the items I received. Never have I ever had any issues w any restaurant or fast food place especially Taco bell like this... Do yourself a favor and triple check your future orders when ordering at this location and don't let the staff members belittle you like they attempt to do... How do you mess up an order when you have the photos for reference, not once or twice, but 5x wrong??? Apparently while most of us are out here struggling to make ends meet Taco bell is out here waiting food and inventory for the fun of it... still in shock and disbelief of how ridiculous I was treated this night..."

"This Taco Bell was very polite, but that was the only thing. Cannot seem to come here without getting ripped off $10 of my order every time. This time I was the only person in the drive-thru. Really wishing we had something else open after midnight."

"spent over $20 and they forgot two of my orders, no napkins, and my soda was flat. drive thru worker was rude. prices have went up but service and quality has not! not worth it."

"This store is just a bunch of kids working here it's looks like the oldest person is like 24 and everytime my food gets messed up and they just act like it's no big deal these children are ridiculous. People save yourself some time and effort go the the other taco bell their food even seems to taste better the burritos are fatter everything is better and most of the time they greet you with a smile instead od this place with untrained kids. Used to be such a good store back in the day it was top 20 in the nation now its rubbish"
