"Went here on 7/3/22 while out of town was charged twice. I was couple dollars short in my account so I told the lady to cancel the transaction and she helped me hit cancel and I paid in cash. Later when I checked my account I saw that money was still taken out my account. The assistant manager tried to help but unable get the right assistance from the higher ups ( the regional manager claimed it would fall off since it was canceled, it did not). I got no refund and my bank denied my claim because it was debit transaction even though I did hit cancel it didn't matter to them because it had already went through and they said the clerk should have known it had went through. I got not further feed back from Famous. I literally paid twice. Never shopping at any of there stores again."

"The customer service from being greeted by the young man as we walked in and asked if they could be of help was gracious and kind. The young lady was so kind and professional. Great store!"

"One would think that a shoe store at the MOA would be pretty expensive. I, for one, was wrong about that. All of the shoes had pretty reasonable prices, and there was a large variety of options to choose from. This shop will definitely be a consideration next time I need a new pair of kicks."

But instead of ringing me up first she decided to ring up the person that came after me before me. I am a gold star card holder with famous but never coming to this location again."

"I been shopping at famous footwear for a longtime! But I stopped shopping there last spring when I realized I was always being followed, and watched! It was very uncomfortable! I loved their clearance deals and rewards I got for shopping there, but being followed and treated like that wasn't fun. So yesterday my friend and I went into the store to see how long before we would be followed. It wasn't long. The sales Lady wasn't even pretending like she wasn't following me. Unfortunately I seen two pairs of shoes I really wanted for my girls. I would've bought them, but I can't support corporations influencing minimum wage workers to treat hardworking customers like that. So I found the same shoes at Nordstroms, which is right next to Famous Footwear. I paid for them with my bank card!"
