"I purchased a bottle of Burberry Her for $144.00 about three months ago, the tester that was sprayed on my wrist smelled good and the fragrance last while I continued to shop in the mall. When I sprayed the perfume I purchased, it smelled the same, but it wore off right away. I have tried spraying a lot of it on me but the fragrance still disappears. I felt cheated and disappointed, this fragrance cost too much money to be wearing off so quickly. I have never experienced this situation when I purchased fragrances from Macy's or Victoria's Secret in the Mail of America or any other store I have purchased a fragrance from. I thought I was purchasing a quality fragrance, but I was only being tricked out of my money."

"I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience in the Burberry store at Mall of America. I visited the store with my children in search of a gift, but we were unable to find anything that was exciting. When we exited the store, the male shop attendant made a comment that was inappropriate and highly embarrassing for me and my children. Something to the effect: "They always run away when she see the prices" Although I was tempted to confront him, I chose to remain composed in order to avoid any further issues. While I have no qualms with the brand itself, I feel that its staff could benefit from additional customer service training."

"My experience exceeded my expectations. I needed to make an exchange and after reading some of the reviews, was quite frankly, not looking forward to it. I couldn't have been more pleased with Karen and the girl( young blonde and I'm sorry I didn't get her name) that actually took care of the exchange. Customer service above and beyond but what you'd expect from Burberry. I would highly recommend shopping here."

"I personally think this location makes shopping fun , because I really don’t be knowing what I want when I go there lol , they don’t force or pressure you to buy and they are very attentive to your needs . There’s a sales associate here who calls me whenever something new comes that fits my style :) ..."

"Here is my experience with this sale and return: made a purchase gift on 12/7. Experience was pleasant and accommodating. 12/8 return due to purchases gift did not meet expectation of the receiver. Went in at 2:30pm. Greeted by the sale lady by the counter across the scarf display. Stated needing to return this. She drew an blank expression and said unhesitantly "all of our sale are busy" So I said "O.K." She kept standing there without making further contact or effort to look for one to help. She was not helping anyone at the moment. Luckily there was a very nice salesman who was standing on the other side of the store by the clothing department and spotted me standing waiting. He came over and quickly helped me with the return. The end to the story: This sale lady had an attitude and made me feel not value as a customer and made this experience with Burbery looks bad. On the upside the gentleman that was attentive and quickly helped with my return has save this experience from a 1-star. Moral to the story: buying is great (because we spending our money) but returning is a "stamp of disgrace"?"
