"Usually will browse around when I go to the MOA, but this is the sign outside their door (it says: "Need retail therapy? Buy now, cry later" - making fun of some people spending problems). In my opinion, this is disgusting - and hits close to home since I have close friends that have manic episodes and do exactly that - work for years to get out of debt because they go on a single spending spree buying anything and everything in a day or two and then spent the next x years contemplating taking their life. I will never step foot in the store again and will tell everyone I know to do the same. Take it down immediately please."

"Walked in looking for some golf shoes and I was the only one in the store. The guy working there was busy texting on his phone and didn’t acknowledge my presence. Luckily the my size was on display so I tried it on. All the while the guy was 10 ft away. He couldn’t have cared less I was in there. Thankfully the shoe fit terribly so I didn’t have to engage with him. What a waste of time"

"Excited to see Travis Mathew open at Mall of America. But the two guys working there weren't too excited to see us. They were too busy having a conversation and didn't bother to acknowledge us or even look at us. There was no one in the store either. Very rude...won't be back."
