"I really hope this reaches their direct staff! My husband and I visited their store while on a trip to MN. Not only are their clothes super cute and very high quality (my husband loved a shirt so much he bought it and literally wore it out of the store haha) the staff was amazing! We were greeted by a super sweet young man that offered us both waters, and then Melissa, who I believe is the store manager, introduced herself. I truly cannot put into words how truly kind and helpful she was! Not only was our visit to the store amazing, imagine my surprise today when I checked my mail and had a HAND WRITTEN note from Melissa! My husband had signed up for a loyalty account that had our info, but the fact that she went out of her way to write and send it, and remember BOTH of our names was unbelievable! One item I bought was the Vintage Slub Tulip Dress. It’s not some thin cheap piece of polyester that so many companies sell, it’s double layered and 100% cotton which makes it feel of the utmost quality.
