I, personally, don't want my clothing to look like they've been tumbled with rocks for 1000 years. Good for one wear, then throw away. I've had these socks for less than a week and they look like they gave up on life, loooong ago."

"So I’m in here at about 10:30am on a Tuesday, it is not busy obviously. I had limited time to shop as I worked soon but really wanted some new pants. Shopped the store for abo it 20 minutes of my limited time and found 2 pairs I wanted to try on. I head to the fitting rooms only to find they are not opening til 11:30am. I find the young woman up at the counter, and ask if I could just sneak in the fitting room quick to try on the two pairs since I was tight on time. The employee replied with “if I let you then I have to let everyone”… who exactly is everyone? The entire 20 minutes I was in the store there was not another customer, the mall itself was dead, not a soul in sight. If you can’t open your fitting rooms probably put a sign up front so I don’t waste my time shopping, no one’s gonna buy clothes from this place without trying it on considering their quality is so poor and sizes are never the same. Lazy customer service cost them their $120 sale. But that’s fine because the quality of their items isn’t worth it anyways. $60 for a pair of pants from this place is wild."

"HORRIBLE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to go check out, but the cashier was still ringing someone up who was still shopping. I politely waited, making sure I didn’t make the worker feel awkward because I know how it feels like when people go shop when they are already at the register. The lady still didn’t show up yet, so I decided to go back and maybe shop a little longer. I decided okay I don’t want anything else, I’m just gonna wait in line BEFORE someone else comes. I stand back in line, BUT the lady is still shopping. 5 minutes passed. The lady finished shopping and spent like $160 dollars worth of clothes. AND guess what? This dude decides to cut me off on the ther side of the register and get rung up, and GUESS WHAT?!! The worker who obviously knew I’ve been standing there proceeds with his purchase. But nope, I am not gonna let this happen to me AFTER I politely waited and not make her feel awkward. I go up, and say excuse me, I was here first. And GUESS WHAT THE WORKER SAYS TO ME, “oh well it doesn’t matter you both have one item” so much for their respect to their customers!!! She didn’t even apologized that I waited patiently and insteads tries to ring up the guy who was there after me?!!! Cotton on, please get your customer service together because this is NOT the first time I dealt with rude customer service from cottoned on."

"Small store in MOA. I went there for a tank top which they carry in extra long to wear with leggings. The tops seem to be good quality and you can buy 2 for $20 plus find a coupon online for 40% off. No returns on sale items or coupon items. They said they would exchange. There was only one person working at the time so even though she was pleasant she was too busy to help me out."
