"Shout outs to Maria the Pharmacy Tech for maintaining a calm demeanor and assisting the customers in a timely manner as best as she could. The rest of the pharmacy team though is very disrespectful. She requested for help twice and no one came to help her when they knew there was a line. The pharmacist and tech were just talking and ignoring Maria while she was developing a line and clearly needed assistance. Thank you Maria for doing your best. You deserve a better team than what you had today."

"I was trying to use my OTC card for the end of the year and they helped me the best that they could. It needs to be more organized by Medicare so that people that have an OTC card know what they can buy and what they can't buy but the staff at CVS was very helpful"
