"My girlfriend ordered for pickup and waited outside for almost an hour for the groceries to be brought out. Once home, we quickly realized that more than 9 items were missing and have been on hold trying to get our oder fixed for 45 minutes and counting (with no updates). I just got off a 10 hour shift and have about 3 hours of homework to do and am going to drive to the store to help incompetent employees fix the issue while my girlfriend waits on hold"
