uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

"I get told my phone will be done at 4:30. Live almost an hour to come. Pick at my phone at 430 to be told that their item was defective when I really heard them talking in the back that they forgot about my phone and then I asked them about the screen protection. Guys, the front desk told me that. Yes, we'll put the screen protector on and gonna be $24. Then come 7 o'clock closing, they tell me that they don't have the screen protector for my phone anymore When I literally was looking at it, Extremely.unprofessional and do not recommend. I will say that most of my issues arose from the technician in the back. The guy working the front desk was very helpful and formative. However, he left and I had to deal with the technician was flat Line to my face because he wanted to go home even though he messed up my phone."

"It took almost a month for my repair. I was never called with any updates. When I checked it was always because they were waiting for a part. I suggest it would be nice having an option to pay for overnight or 2 day shipping to expedite the process. The techs are always very knowledgeable and when I went back for an issue with my charger, the tech knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it in a few minutes, and there was no additional charge. I will go there again if I have any other repair issues as I am now a satisfied customer."

"This is my first experience with a uBreakiFix location, and I just wanted to point out how helpful and friendly the gentlemen is who helped me. First by allowing me to come in a few minutes before the store was opened. He had no idea how much that helped me, being as I had a heck of a day ahead of me. He quickly identified and explained what was wrong with my phone and found me a solution. You don't always walk into a place where the person is friendly, on a weekend, and there's suddenly already 5 people in line who just rushed in at the same time. He was super nice the entire time and had a smile on his face. I definitely recommend this location and the associate Padi."

"Ethan and Fadi were amazing. They took this phone and fixed it enough to bring back some very special recording of mom's stories on voice recorder. They attempted it as many times to find a way. Above and beyond these guys went and it was truly appreciated."

"Person was nice, but service was terrible. Quoted an hour-hour and a half “at most” and he made a comment about how quick the actual service takes but that there were others ahead of us (we had an appointment). We came in an hour and a half later and the phone was still not ready. A half hour wait more and the phone was finally returned to us newly damaged… but hey, the screen was fixed! Overpriced for the quality of service—so it cost us a lot of time and money."
