"Be very careful with this location. While they may be great for oil changes and basic maintenance, when it comes to communication, transparency, and timely completion of your vehicle, this location is terrible. My car started leaking coolant and when taken in they stated it was the radiator. I have warranty so they were supposed to contact them to get approval, a whole day went by and I finally called at the end of the day but they had not properly diagnosed the problem. needless to say the car sat there for 6 days until proper diagnosis, parts were ordered and finally got me into a rental 3 days later. he issue ended up being the manifold and separately I had the engine mounts replaced. After a week there the car is finally done and I live 3 miles from there. Halfway home the check engine light comes on so we call and take it back and right away they say its going to be here over night. They didn't tell us the only person that works on European cars had an emergency and had to leave. I was finally told after calling 3 times to get an update. Friday comes and the person is still not at work, I again have to call to get and update only to be told they will be keeping it. Saturday comes, AGAIN, I have to call and the person is not back to work, this happened again Monday and I finally lost it. They finally diagnose the car and its related to first repair but in order to get me for another $500 after a $5000 repair they state its not related. On the first receipt it states manifold and the second receipt states manifold sensor but they would not budge on stating it wasn't related because they know I have a warranty and its easy free money for them. The had this car for two weeks and we had to beg a second time to get them to do their jobs to get a rental. I have filed a complaint with the AG, called their complaint line and they promised a District manager would call and nothing. They truly don't care, they got paid, and in their words these things happen because they work "in the business of bad news". BEWARE for anything more complicated than an oil change. GO TO THE PHOENIX LOCATION if you want great work and great communication but stay away from Peoria. Terrible"

"The only positive note I have for this review is that the repair was completed as promised. The 1-star rating is specifically due to Kerry's Car Care's lack of communication and follow ups. It was egregiously bad over the month or so my vehicle was in their shop. KCC did not initiate a single follow up with me the entire time they had my vehicle. I constantly felt like my questions weren't answered fully and kept being told I'd get a call back "once they have it all figured out" (but never would get a call). I had to reach out to KCC four separate times for updates only to fall back into the same cycle of waiting for answers. To top this experience off, I got weird vibes around their process of releasing my vehicle back to me. It just felt sort of sketchy and like my vehicle may have been completed for longer than what they were saying. Just an all around bad experience for me. I'm definitely doing more research in the future before selecting a repair shop."

"Jason and Tony really took care of me at this location! Had to get to the airport really quick and they made me first priority and got me out in no time! Excellent customer service. Great waiting area, perfect ambience. Bring your car here. You'll get top notch service!"

"Unbelievably great service from the second I walked into the shop to the moment I paid for the excellent service for my truck. I was expecting to pay over 1000.00, but to my surprise I only paid 400 to get my clutch repaired, and now it works so well it feels like I just drove it brand new off the Mazda lot!! I will bring my vehicles to Kerry's from here on out!!"

"Have been coming here for at least the past 6 oil change visits and I am never disappointed. Great deals for reasonable prices on the oil changes and every single one of their employees are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Jason. I will be coming here for all my future oil changes!"
