"Very friendly and Welcoming, They do full diagnostic services with pictures, which will show you priority issues vs non priority but will be needed to be completed expect that. Mechanics are ASE certified and it shows in their work, and demeanor. Not as much as the dealer; however expect the prices to reflect quality work. Would recommend to anyone looking for repairs for their automobile, not limited to German vehicles they do work on all vehicles."

She listed my concerns and we interfaced with another service advisor. I left my Audi Q5 Prestige knowing it was in good hands.
