After a nightmare experience with a Ford dealership, Jesse and his team took care of me, my car and fixed what the dealership screwed up. Jesse can work magic on any car but is also known around town as the Focus ST guru. He rebuilt my transmission and the turn around was extremely quick for a repair shop. He let me ask a million questions and never once made me feel like he was trying to get off the phone. The whole team over there are all around good people and you know in the first 30 seconds that you can trust them not lie and screw you over. Honestly, don’t even mess around with all the snakes out there, just take your car to them, they will set up and make sure you are back on the road quickly. Can’t recommend them enough. "Overall a great experience, my car broke down on me week of christmas, and I assumed it was a head gasket so I called around for quotes. Elston is the only place to tell me with their experience on this platform, it is likely a cracked head. I decided to trust them and had the car towed an hour away to them. They diagnosed it and let me know it was for sure the head. The communication between Jesse and David was great, especially with it being holiday weeks. 10/10 happy with the experience. Would highly recommend too if you have a Focus ST"
