"Very dissapointing. Location nearest me doesn't do tool or equipment rental so I had to use this location over 30 min away. Get there, rent a trencher, halfway through my day it stops working, I obviously don't own one so am not familiar with what the problem could be, I call the location & instead of giving me simple things to check for the problem, they insist I have to bring it in, wasting almost 2 hours of my day & gas. .. it was a rock stuck that I didn't see. Do you think I received a response when I asked "Couldn't you have recommend to check that over the phone? " not even willing to budge on return time or anything. Did I mention how pleasant & helpful they are? Not so much. Then when returning was charged an even higher rate then was quoted when checking out the trencher that same morning."
