"Naturally, one of our rental properties as an urgent issue with the heater not turning on when husband and I are out of town. Searched in the area for a handy man and spoke with Robert. He was straightforward and honest about his expectations, and agreed to a phone consultation BEFORE giving me a cost estimate (but his rough guess was very reasonable). He spoke to our tenants and was able to troubleshoot the issue WITHOUT a site visit, and the tenets have heat again. I offered him some money for his time, and he just asked to be the first one I call when I need something done in the future. I look forward to working with him in the future!"

"Robert is terrific. I highly recommend his services. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and very communicative on expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction. He did a terrific job with all of my to-do items. As an example of his outstanding customer service, I originally approved the height of a mounted item he was installing, and after he left, I decided it needed to be adjusted down. Robert returned the following week to ensure it was up to my standards. He did not want to charge me for his return trip, citing his desire to ensure satisfaction. I am extremely impressed and will most certainly be calling on him in the future."
"Robert Hunter helped me remodel a bathtub with a shower fixture and worked on repairing some cabinet floors. He hung doors for me and gave me reasonable prices. He was completely upfront about what he was comfortable working on and always gave me a great breakdown estimate of what the work would cost. All I had to do was provide him the material or give him the information from Lowe's or Home Depot and he took care of the rest. Please keep in mind he has a minimum charge of $130. -Justin"
