"Don't bother with this unprofessional business. I just came back from my scheduled appointment at Batteries+Bulbs on Lake Pleasant Parkway in Peoria, AZ. I needed a replacement battery for my Iphone 8, and my appointment was for exactly that. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have the battery in stock. Really????. I drove a half hour there and a half hour home, all for nothing. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever tried to do business with. These people are a joke. The store clerk didn't seem to have a clue. Why do they offer me an appointment when they didn't even have the battery? I will never attempt to do business with these people again, and their customer service is an absolute disgrace."
