He wanted to make sure that I could provide the serial number and date of manufacture. He stepped me through how to gather the information. With this, he was confident that he would send out the correct replacement. This arrived in two days packaged very nicely. Just to make sure I would be successful, he provided thoughtful guidance and installation instructions and references. This install and reprogramming took perhaps twenty minutes.
