"Horrible experience we thought we would give them a try cause we heard good things about them which were far from the truth. Didn’t even have my dog for 15 minutes and called to have us come get him. Looks like he has been through a was they said he rolls around too much that was the reason they called us back.. why even start trimming if you are going to just give up my dog isn’t shy about his energy and we gave them heads up that he doesn’t like his butt touched but what dog does. Needless to say they messed up hiring whoever was supposed to do the grooming it’s clear they are not capable of doing so"

"Max had an appointment at Gray Dog and I was really impressed with his grooming. I have tried several different pet groomers here in St. George Utah, and I finally found the one I will always use. I highly recommend gray dog grooming. Little Maxie looks so cute."

"I was so impressed with the Gray Dog and how well they groomed my dog. He has some issues with his paws and doesn’t like people to touch them but they were able to trim them up beautifully. He goes in looking scruffy and comes out looking like a champion. He loves going to the Gray Dog to be groomed and the staff are wonderful to work with and very friendly and professional. They seem to treat my dog like it was their own. I would highly recommend the Gray Dog to anyone who is looking for a good groomer."

"the staff is very professional and friendly. they took great care of my dog. I have a pekingese and they gave him the cutest haircut! Brittany knew the best haircut for his breed and coat type. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a groomer, they are the best!!"
