"I shop here sometimes because it's close to my house. Tonight I came here to get 2 items before closing. I arrived a couple of minutes before closing time & when I was at the door, the manager & another co worker were at the (locked) door letting people know they were closed. I know it's hard to know if people will take a long time after closing but I was here before closing & knew what I wanted. They told me that Lins across the street was open till 11 so I was going to be forgiving & just get my items from them. Lins was also closed at 10 so their door was locked as well. It's sad that a corporation as large as Albertsons did not follow their posted open hours which caused us to change our dinner arrangements. The worst part is that I wasn't given the option to grab a couple of items right before the posted closing time to help finish our dinner plans. The manager could have even grabbed the tortillas & tortilla chips to help us get through our plans"

"We visited this store on a trip to the national parks. Tyler in the seafood department was so nice and patient. He helped us find what we needed and made some great recommendations! Also, very clean store. Food at the meat / seafood counter all looked fresh and delicious. Nice floral department too"

"Usually love this store but very disappointed this evening as I was leaving and an employee was sitting a foot from my car smoking. Not only was this super rude but I was parked in the handicap spot with my disabled son who has many health problems and the last think we need is is second-hand smoke exposure. Find a better place for your employees to smoke."

"In August I contacted Molly of corporate Food and Safety Phoenix after discovering a non-labeled, non-disclosed coating being sprayed on most if not all produce in St George. I had a reaction and provided a detailed report that indicated a new preservative marketed as Apeel (Organipeel). After no reply I contacted dept Head at corporate Idaho in September who assured a follow-up would be provided. Nothing but crickets, not one reply. Do your homework on these coatings, they gave me tremors and my body had a toxic reaction. I stopped shopping here and do not trust them anymore after 30 years of loyalty. The food in a control rotted from the inside out. These coatings keep them looking fresh on the outside while the rot on the inside. At the minimum these products need to be clearly labeled. Never Albertsons again Trust has been broken."

"Still love coming here. Met a few locals today while shopping this morning. They were nice and helpful with finding things. The store had what I needed and reasonable prices. The customer service was once again amazing! Very friendly customer service. We went for just a few items. The items were easy to find. The lines were not short but we're moving fast. Best part we bought a few loaves of fresh out of the oven french bread!! A few visits later and I still come here mainly for the French bread. Came for the bread. They were all out and not making any more. It was around 5pm. We'll be back tomorrow. Still amazing customer service!"
