Love that they have Mtn Ops Liberty Pop as mtn ops doesn’t sale it on their website. Also a great place for CampChef wood pellets. They are way better than the Traeger pellets. "One star is being Generous, I was looking to purchase my first kayak, and my friend and I called several locations, when my friend called me and let me know he found a kayak at the St George location. I went online and ordered the kayak. An hour later I started my hour and a half drive to pick it up. When I arrived at the location, I noticed that the same kayak I had ordered was on the floor. after browsing the store I went to the desk to ask about the kayak I had ordered. The cashier was pleasant I let her know I had placed and online order for a kayak and she radioed someone to come help me. An older gentleman comes up and was very rude. He asked if I was the person he spoke with on the phone. I let him know I wasn't me but a friend who told me that you guys had one kayak in stock. The employee than said, "Well your friend lied, I told him the kayak is not sell-able because it doesn't have a seat. I was very clear to him on the phone, he must have had you order it immediately after the call before I could take it out of the system." He then turned around and walked away. Some on the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. I wasn't the person he talked to on the phone. I, a PAYING customer had already paid for the kayak and driven an hour and a half to pick up it up. He didn't try to work anything out with me. I was not planning on using said kayak immediately we could have worked something out. After the fact I spoke with my friend, who let me know when he spoke with the store. I placed my order 20 minutes after the phone call. If the kayak wasn't for sale why was it still, 3 hours after the fact, still out on the floor? I highly recommend if you need to shop at sportsman's in this area go to Cedar City or Las Vegas where you can get real customer service and not have to deal with lazy employees."

"This company needs to train their staff in customer service! Went to return an item and as I walked to the store instead of being welcomed the “Office Manager” told me with a bad attitude and condescending voice that the Item wasn’t returnable, even when the item was unopened. I get it, there are policies to return certain items, but the way to approach a customer to explain the policies should be with respect and courtesy. When I asked for the manager, she replied “I’m the manager” I asked for her name to report her bad attitude, and she said that she wasn’t going to disclose that info with me and keep on treating me in a very rude condescending way. I’ve been a Sportsman’s Warehouse customer and credit card holder for a long time and believe me, I have seen over time how the Saint George store is going down in customer service. Believe me, I won’t use my Sportsman’s Warehouse credit card again and needless to say I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT THESE STORES AGAIN. They just don’t know how to give customer service with respect or maybe they just don’t care about giving it. I’m glad that there is AL’s Sporting Goods inside the Redcliff’s Mall where the staff is more helpful and friendly."

"Great place with lots of options! Great selection of guns and ammo. Once you enter you will most likely be here for a while. Lots to browse and staff is nice"

"Nice selection of camping gear but it's pretty pricey and there are dead animals hanging all over the walls. "trophies" as the murders or rednecks would call it. If you have time Amazon is pretty competitive price wise. We ended up going with a lower end camp stove from walmart for less then half of the price."
