"I just wanna say, ever since I have been gone there have been nothing but 1 star google reviews for poor customer service. If you look down to when I was working there , there were lots of 5 star reviews with positive mentions of my name. I was bringing a good name back for this store A toxic work environment and a personal vendetta against me led to my dismissal. That is why the store is in chaos and has to be 9-5 now. I would say this store shot themselves in the foot after dismissing me. , people that go above and beyond to try to get other employees fired due to hatred is really sad. I would think of the long term consequences before sabotaging somebody else. Even if you don’t like someone, think about your fellow employees who have to suffer because of your actions. And boy there is suffering. Techs worn out from these consequences leads to poor customer service hence poor reviews. I hope nobody ever has to put up with what I did in their workplace. Don’t act on emotions and consider the consequences before taking action. And really grow up. There is no reason why there has to ever be drama, hatred, and animosity. Being an adult means being able to adapt to other people’s personalities whether you like their personality or not. The fact that one can’t cope with someone else who is different really shows immaturity and is a poor example for their fellow workers. It didn’t have to be this way."

"Walgreens on St. George Boulevard is awful. If you try to call the pharmacy all they do is is pick the phone up and put you on hold again. The pharmacist is really rude and the people that work in the pharmacy are very rude so if you have to deal with Walgreens go to the one office Sunset they’re pretty nice, and they care"

"Was told if I didn't want to wait for 4 hours for rx for my husband who had dental surgery to take my business elsewhere. Leslie the pharmacy tech was incredibly rude. Customers were all waiting too long."

"Do not use this pharmacy, avoid this place at all cost. I have never been treated this poorly at any business or, by any person worse than this place. I had back fusion surgery and my surgeon prescribed me 10 days worth pain medication. When my wife went to pickup the prescription she was told that they could only give out 7 days worth at a time, but that after the 7 days they would give me a partial refill for the other 3 days. Now keep in mind that I live 100 miles away from there. So on Saturday 8 days later we call the automated service and it says my prescription would be ready, so we drive the 100 miles to to pick it up pull into the drive through and are meet the rudest employee I have ever dealt with. I tell her my name and birthrate and she just cuts across me won't listen a says that that prescription has no refills, I try to explain that my doctor prescribed it for 10 days she says and I quote, "Your doctor doesn't know what he is doing. " I asked her if she would look at the bottle which says on refill it has a partial refill. She screams at me no it doesn't and I was trying to tell her that the automated system said it was all ready for pick-up, but she turned off the speaker and started making the motion with her hand where you close you fingers to your thumb repeatedly to represent talk talk talk, I can't hear you and walked away from the window"

"Pharmacist Adam is w out a doubt the kindest and most helpful pharmacist I have ever dealt w in my life. He goes out of his way to make sure I always get what I need especially when I have a emergency prescription refill. Also the pharmacy help are always as nice, polite and helpful as Adam."
