"This review is for the Home Depot on Westridge Dr in St George specifically, they have the best customer service of any Home depot store I have ever been in, and I am an avid do it yourself person, I spend a lot of time and money at home depot. I purchased a large generator online from home depot when it was on sale, so I didn't open it right away since I didn't really need it right then, just wanted to take advantage of the sale. I opened it 5 weeks later and it refused to start, so I took it to the Home depot in Washington City since it was slightly closer to my house and they refused to refund my card, would only give me store credit, and also said it was weird how I waited so long to open it, like I was trying to commit some kind of scam. They advised me to go to the Home Depot in St George on Westridge drive and I did. I spoke with the manager there and he was over the top helpful, along with the other customer service staff as well. Instantly gave me a full cash refund, which was never offered by the other home depot store. Throughout the whole refund process, their staff was so professional and courteous, this is now my go to home depot, even though there is that other one slightly closer. Thank you to the whole staff at Home Depot St George for outstanding service and excellent customer support !!"

"This place is huge! It offers a very large amount of tools, home appliances, and anything carpentry related. They also have some stuff for TVs, but not nearly as much as everything else. Unfortunately, because of the huge size of the store and the vast amounts of stuff to choose from, it makes finding what you need very hard. There are signs to show where certain product types are, but when you're looking for a very specific item, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack."
