"This was really upsetting experience. I was so excited to find this place and what I thought was a great deal to learn our wedding dance together , the wedding package 2 classes for 99$. We are on a shorter time schedule and children at home we didn’t think we’d be able to get in more than the 2 practices in, which I stated from the start. This was not that serious to us we just wanted to go a learn a little dancing before our wedding. I thought it would be a fun& sweet experience to share before we get married… Well I was wrong. At the first class our instructor taught us 3 moves and wasted at least 15 of the minutes of our session trying to push more classes on us to buy. (Packages starting around 400$). We left it as probably not but we’ll see if we could make another one work. I got a call in the afternoon before the second class from Sergey, he was asking if we can get more classes in and that we should really purchase more classes. I told him again I believe we can only get there this one last time, being less than a week away we have a lot of other stuff going on but I would see what we could do… So we get there for second class and are told our instructor was sick so we have a different one, all fine , but from the first moment he was wasting time asking to see pictures of wedding location and then goes right into asking about us purchasing more classes, when we tell him probably not able to happen he tells us that we can’t learn anything new then we can just go over and practice what you already learned last week… I was shocked. Very Disappointed. We looked at each other and decided to leave. Sergey called soon after to offer free classes we just asked for refund instead. Days later it has not been credited back to us. And to top it off, the card we used there (a card which we never use) has been compromised just found out been being used on Ubers in the Phx area. This is just so wrong to do to people. What a let down."
